1. Orders & Payments

What payment methods do you accept?

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

We process orders quickly to ensure fast delivery! If you need to make changes or cancel an order, please email us at support@wearliy.shop as soon as possible. Once an order has entered processing or dispatch, changes or cancellations cannot be guaranteed.

How do I know my order was successful?

You will receive an automated order confirmation email containing your order summary immediately after checking out. If you don't see it within a few minutes, please check your spam/junk folder.

2. Shipping & Delivery

Do you offer Free Shipping?

Yes! We offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders over $50.00. For orders under $50.00, a standard flat-rate shipping fee is applied at checkout.

How long will it take to receive my order?

  • Processing Time: 1 to 3 business days.

  • Standard Shipping: 5 to 8 business days following order processing.

How do I track my package?

Once your item has shipped, we’ll email you a tracking number and link so you can monitor your parcel's progress in real time.

3. Products & Usage

Are wearliy grooming products safe for all pets?

Yes! All wearliy products are crafted from pet-safe, non-toxic materials (such as high-grade ABS plastic, TPE, and rounded stainless steel pins). They are engineered to protect your pet's skin and ensure a comfortable, relaxing experience.

How do the self-cleaning brushes work?

Our self-cleaning combs and brushes feature a built-in one-touch quick-release button. Pressing the button extends the central plate or retracts the bristles, allowing trapped fur to pop off instantly for mess-free disposal.

Can I wash my grooming brushes and rollers?

Most of our grooming combs and hair removal rollers are made with washable materials. Simply rinse them under running water to clear away accumulated dander, oil, or hair, and allow them to air dry completely.

4. Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery. Items must be unused, free of pet hair, and in their original packaging. For full details, please review our Return & Refund Policy.

What should I do if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please email us immediately at support@wearliy.shop with photos or videos of the issue. We will arrange a free replacement or a full refund right away.
