1. Free Shipping Eligibility

  • Free Shipping Threshold: We offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders over $50.00.

  • Flat Rate Shipping: For orders under $50.00, a standard flat-rate shipping fee will be calculated and applied at checkout based on your delivery destination.

2. Order Processing & Handling

  • Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

  • Order Tracking: Once your order has shipped, you will receive an automated email notification containing your tracking number and a link to monitor your package in real time.

3. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

  • Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery time is 5 to 8 business days after processing.

  • Tracking Updates: Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking information to update once your parcel has been handed over to the shipping carrier.

4. Shipping Address & Delivery

  • Address Accuracy: Please double-check your shipping address during checkout. wearliy is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

  • Order Changes: If you need to update or correct your shipping address, please contact us immediately at support@wearliy.shop. Once an order has been dispatched, we are unable to alter the destination address.

5. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

  • Damaged in Transit: If your package arrives damaged, please take photographs of the packaging and contents and contact us at support@wearliy.shop right away so we can issue a replacement or solution.

  • Delivered but Not Received: If tracking shows your package was delivered but you haven't received it, please check with family members, neighbors, or your local carrier first before reaching out to our support team.
